How do you decide which checklist applies to my home?

When you request a quote, we ask about your home size, condition, and goals. Standard cleans use the 50-point checklist. Deep cleans and move-out cleans use the 70-point checklist. We confirm before every clean which level applies.

Can I customize the checklist?

Absolutely. The checklists are our baseline. We adjust to your priorities and add any add-on services you choose. Tell us what matters most to you and we make sure it gets done.

What if something on the checklist is not done well?

We have a satisfaction guarantee. At the end of every visit we do a final walkthrough with you, and anything you list on the Completion and Satisfaction Form is fixed before we leave whenever possible. If you are not home, or an issue could not reasonably be seen during the walkthrough, report it within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean those areas at no extra cost.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring all standard cleaning supplies, microfiber cloths, and vacuums. Eco-friendly products are available on request for $15 per visit.

What if I need a service that is not on either checklist?

Ask us. We can usually accommodate special requests for an additional fee, or we can refer you to a trusted specialist if it is outside what we do.

Strict licensing and PPE requirements we are not certified for.

Pet Waste Removal

We can wipe up small accidents but do not handle full pet waste cleanup.
